Harry and Luella Rigby were raised by Thomas and Susan Phelps. Their parents and 4 brothers and sisters having died. Their parents during the flu epidemic in 1919. They were raised as brother and sister of the Phelps children and are still considered as such. Harry went to California with our Uncle Perry and his family in 1938. This was during
the depression and he went west to find work. He married Cecilia, who was from New Castle, and remained n California until his death. They had two children - Irene and Kay.
